1. Introduction

This notice explains how Concula Limited collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website, apply for a place or contact us. It follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

2. Who we are

Concula Limited (RC 9966114) is a software company registered in Nigeria and based in Lagos. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

3. Personal data we collect

We never ask for payment details or sensitive personal data.

4. How we use it and our lawful basis

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form, book a session or message us. You can withdraw it at any time. We keep technical logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We do not make automated decisions about you.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Concula, under their data protection terms:

We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside Nigeria. We only use providers that protect personal data to the standard the Nigeria Data Protection Act requires.

7. How long we keep it

We keep application details, messages and emails until 12 months after Concula launches, then delete them. Technical logs are kept for a short time by Cloudflare. If your firm starts using Concula, your written agreement with us sets how we handle your firm's data.

8. How we protect it

Only our own team can see your details. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will report it to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission as the law requires and tell you without delay.

11. Children

Concula is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will update the date at the top when this notice changes. If a change affects how we use your data, we will tell you first.
